Aquarius Engineers is a leading Indian construction equipment company established in 1997.

 

With humble beginnings as an industrial consulting organization with a strength of 7 people, we now take pride in designing and delivering Stationary Concrete Pumps, Truck Mounted Boom Pumps, Concrete Batching Plants and accessories, that meet international quality standards, to Indian and international customers. Our wide range of products are designed using state-of-the-art technologies relevant to the needs of the markets we cater to.

Goa Factory

Spread over 14,000 sq. m. of land, the Goa factory has become an object of pride for the company and its partners. With the annual production crossing the planned capacities, activities are already on at the factory to double the present manufacturing capacity.

Aquarius has two state-of-the-art plants in Goa and Pune. The Pune factory is sprawling on 40,000 sq. m. area and the Goa facility spread over 14,000 sq. m. We design, manufacture and market Truck Mounted Boom Pumps, Stationary Concrete Pumps, Concrete Batching Plants and accessories with world-class quality standards.

 

With the corporate office, ‘Aquarius House’, at Pune, our company has a strong regional presence across India with regional offices and dealerships in all major industry hubs. We have a strong India-wide service team network with a strength of more than 100 well-trained service engineers. We have an ERP-backed India-wide spare parts warehouse network, special spares stock for the Nepal and Bangladesh market and an established spares support framework for other international customers. All our national and internal installations are additionally supported by our 24×7 remote service support, which includes remote troubleshooting and assistance of our machines.

Our History

 

  • 1981: Our founder and MD, Mr. Milind Bhadbhade form the first company in the Aquarius group for providing industrial consultancy services.
  • 1986: Aquarius enters the field of high technology construction equipment and starts representing several International manufacturers for the Indian market.
  • 1990: Aquarius are market leaders in India, in the field of light concrete equipment.
  • 1991: Aquarius enter in technical collaboration with Tremix AB, Sweden, for the manufacture of the entire range of machines produced by Tremix.
  • 1995: Aquarius enter the field of stationary concrete pumps and concrete batching plants and start representing the world’s leading companies in this field, for the Indian market.
  • 1997: A separate company Aquarius Engineers Pvt. Ltd is formed for focusing on the concrete equipment for production, transportation, and placement.
  • 2007-2008: Aquarius enters in an agreement with Holcim ACC for delivering ready mix plants on a turn-key basis and delivers more than 15 such plants on a pan India basis
  • 2010: Aquarius receives their first export order, received from Advent, Tanzania for a concrete batching plant
  • 2011: Aquarius ties up with Tata International for the export of machines for the African market.
  • 2012: Aquarius enters the high technology field of batching plants for the Precast Industry and receives the first order from Amrapali Group for India’s largest precast batching plant
  • 2017: Aquarius delivers 4 plants to L&T for the barrage project in Medigadda and after producing 1.7 million m3 concrete are able to assist in the customer achieving a world record-breaking pour
  • 2018: Aquarius receives the first-ever order for an offshore concrete plant (Barge Mounted Plant) from Tata -Daewoo JV for the prestigious Mumbai Trans Harbour Link MTHL project.
  • 2019: Aquarius delivers our first precast batching plants in the Middle East, Canada and the Philippines
  • 2019: Aquarius batching plants help customer Navayuga in achieving a world record-breaking pour.

The company is ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 certified. Our products additionally have a CE and SONCAP certification. We were recognized as a ‘STAR’ export house by the government of INDIA Since 2016.
