- 1981 - Was started as Aquarius Engineers Pvt. Ltd. as an industrial consulting organization.
- 1985 - The group made foray into construction equipment business. Consulting under Aquarius Engineering Consultancy.
- 1998 - Joint venture company Putzmeister India Pvt. Ltd. formed for Concrete Pump production at Goa.
- 2000 - New set up for manufacturing of BATCHING PLANT production.
- 2000 - Warehouse for SPARE PARTS set up at Pirangut near PUNE
- 2005 – Strategic tie-up with Gomaco,USA for Concrete Pavers.
- 2006 - Work on new Factory & Training Center near Pune started over 40,000 sq.m. of land.
- 2009 - Major expansion at both manufacturing units, at GOA and PUNE.
- 2010 - Integrated Management System, ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001implemented.
